Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@ecobaker.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one working day.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
