Spelt

Cultivated for at least 5,000 years, spelt is a truly ancient grain. These whole grains have a delicious nutty flavour

Emmer

An ancestor of durum wheat, emmer was among the first cereals cultivated in the Fertile Crescent. It has a deliciously nutty flavour and can be eaten as a whole grain (farro) or ground into flour.

Naked Oats

These oat groats are ‘naked’ because the hull naturally falls away from the grain without threshing.

Rye

Closely related to wheat and barley, rye has deep, distinctive flavour; malty, nutty and slightly milky in taste

White Quinoa

With a distinctively nutty flavour and striking rich colour it makes a great contrast to red quinoa, either alone or mixed together

This nutty and light wholegrain quinoa has been traditionally smoked over oak and beech.

Red Quinoa

Camelina Seed

Camelina, also known as Gold of Pleasure, has been grown in England for thousands of years for its tasty seeds and oil. The camelina seeds lend a subtle ‘beery’ flavour to bread.

High in Fibre and a source of omega oils, whole golden linseed has a nutty flavour, milder than brown linseed, making it a great addition to sweet and savoury breads
