Delivery Policy

All orders received before 3:00pm are processed and dispatched same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. There may be postal service delays from time to time which are out of our control once dispatched.

Domestic Delivery Rates and Estimates

We offer different delivery options based on how quick you would like to receive your order. Delivery charges for your order are weight based and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Ordering through our website is restricted to UK postcodes. We do offer international shipping but ask that you email sales@ecobaker.co.uk along with your requested order and delivery address and we will calculate shipping costs for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EcoBaker Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which depending on the delivery service selected will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For standard delivery, if you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@ecobaker.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ecobaker.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
